Sometimes things don't work out the way you want. We understand, and we want you to be happy with your order. If you are dissatisfied with our products and would like to return them, please note our hassle-free Return Policy below:

  • We accept returns within 90 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all pieces, tags, booklets, and labels.
  • Your refund will be issued to original payment method. Credits cannot be issued in the form of checks or gift cards.

Good to know: Along with the product, we will also refund any taxes and any associated shipping charge for defective products, or if you received the wrong item.

Please know that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change mind about your purchase.

How long do returns take to process?

Return processing can take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund after that time, please contact Customer Service so that we can help you directly.

My refund doesn't appear on my credit card invoice

Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement.

Can I return something I received as a gift?

Yes, but you'll need to contact us for assistance. If you can provide the email address, first and last name, or last name and postal code of the gift giver, we can get your return started.
